"Venice is a city suspended between water and sky, between stone and reflection, between history and dream.

With Ethereal Venice , I wanted to reinterpret this mythical city, inscribing it in my universe, through the vibrant hues of my Violet-Blue-Pink Period."

In this composition, the ochre facades are adorned with golden lights, the bluish domes dominate the horizon, and the canals stretch out like liquid mirrors, capturing the reflections of an unreal sky.

Here, dry pastels allow me to accentuate contrasts, stretch colors, and transform this iconic landscape into a dreamlike vision. The lagoon's waters vibrate with violet, pink, and turquoise hues, revealing a reinvented Venice, gentler, more intimate, almost timeless.

Ethereal Venice is a tribute to the Serenissima, but also an invitation to rediscover a familiar place, seen through the prism of imagination and emotions.
